uc_google_checkout issue, not posting final checkout form to google

Hi,
There is an issue in uc_google_checkout on the final check out page. It is not posting info to the google.com for checkout as in paypal. It seems that google checkout form is not generating fine on the checkout page.
When I reach the final checkout page on my site and click the button to submit order to google.com it takes me to the cart page instead of going to google.com. Please see the issue here
