Some users get blank screen; while 99% does not
This problem started off a month ago. One of our staff members could not view the homepage and other public pages anymore retrieving a blank screen in return.
First of all I thought it was again something like the memory issue, but this time I was able to view the public pages as hundreds of other users. As a matter of fact he IS able to visit the administration pages which have a different custom theme.
When I log out of the admin account and log on as this staff member I get exactly the same problem. We tried to delete cookies/temp/auth sessions etc but this did not work. So far so good he created a new account and I give him the access rights he needed and we thought this would be an incident.
Now two members already have complained about the same issue going on.
How can I find where it goes wrong? Should it note down the errors in the log or is this error familiar with you?
I would be very thankful if anyone could help me with this issue.

This the same what happen to
This the same what happen to me.
I told the users install firefox, and the problem solved, but others didn't want to leave IE, so they sometimes complain about that.
I'd thought about that if the theme cause the problem, but my theme is based on box-grey theme.
I suspect gzip
It's a known, irregular error that's apparently been fixed in CVS
http://drupal.org/node/51235
my debug session to locate it went like this
It'll happen in some cases when the page is not cached and something odd is being done with the statistics.module. And only has effect in IE (at which point it's being more strict and correct than Firefoz which just has a go anyway)
Search on gzip here and you'll see it come up now and then.
