Any reason why we're not theming the username in the displayed issue 'assigned' field?

Looks handy to me. Not sure it affects the "mailed versions" of project issues.

even though http://drupal.org/node/64220 is newer, it's talking about a more comprehensive solution to this problem, so let's move discussion there so that we fix everything in a coherent way, not piece-by-piece in a potentially confusing or inconsistent way.
