"Resize" and "Add Scale and Crop" shouldn't have identical descriptions

In the list of possible actions, both Resize and Add Scale and Crop are both described as "Resize an image to an exact set of dimensions, ignoring aspect ratio." Presumably this is wrong, since there's no point in two actions that do the identical thing.

I suggest changing the wording for Add Scale and Crop to be something like "Resize to achieve one dimension, preserving aspect ratio, then crop the other dimension."
