I creat view, style Bulk Operations? then opened options
To execute operations: Invoke them directly
Selected operations:
I select "Remove post from all groups" only

Then I save this view, and my view return to default options

I need help.
Older release this module work good

Since VBO is working for most people who use it, the problem you are experiencing might be caused by some mis-configuration or a conflict between modules.

1. Please make sure you don't have multiple copies of VBO in the same installation
2. Can you reproduce this on a new Drupal installation containing only Views + VBO ?
