Form IDs are incorrect when rebuilding form in a POST request

The reason is form_clean_id(NULL, TRUE) is never called like it would have been in a normal FAPI workflow if the ajax request was a POST. This patch calls it before drupal_prepare_form and stops FAPI from appending -1 to forms.
