How do I turn on the "node-notify-mailalert" to default to true or checked for new users?

I should add, if you would like to see it done sooner consider putting out a bounty for it - $25 goes a long way in open source.

Interesting, I forgot about that! Thanks Greggles. How would I put a bounty out for that? Just post it in here?

Our programmer may have time to do it but f not I may consider doing that.
