As described in http://drupal.org/node/225955 -- except this patch not only removes the checkbox, but removes the whole 'teaser' textarea (so unnecessary JS is not loaded) and also deletes the now-unnecessary #after_build properties.

(And ofcourse has the ability to turn this off for specific node types only, like all other Jammer settings)
