I've created a set of flexinode-based classified categories for our web site. I'd like to be able to auto-expire the content of those ads after a preset amount of time. Has anyone done anything like this? Is there something I should be copying/mimicking to accomplish this?

Maybe you should take a look at the Scheduler module > http://drupal.org/project/scheduler
