Hi i installed SMTP, But SSl option is not showing in SMTP Settings. "NO" is selected by default, we are not getting 'SSL' options.....

You need to ensure SSL is enabled in PHP. In Winows this is via the installation of a module. See this post here for complete installation run through for a Windows server with SSL and SMTP.
