I have the primary links on my drupal site on the left hand side of the webpage. There is also the same links in the header of the pixture theme. I want to move them across the page into block like links. How do you do that? Is it in the menu configuration? Help!

As to your question, if i understand you, you'll want to turn off the primary links and use the menu block instead.
