The description for a date field's default value references documentation for GNU Date Input Format at http://www.gnu.org/software/tar/manual/html_node/tar_109.html, which results in a 404 File Not Found.

The link should probably be to http://www.gnu.org/software/tar/manual/html_chapter/Date-input-formats.html.

I'll create a patch momentarily.
