I want to have a block with a calendar that has the current day highlighted and when the user rollover they would see a balloon style popup with some information and, if possible a thumbnail, like some kind of tooltip popup.
I hope I've made my self clear.
How can I achieve this with drupal?

Better than anything. This project is a bit alt and in dev-stage. :(

I would like to include in the tooltip or balloon some cck-fields from another node.
