I installed DrupalVB for logins to Drupal with Vbulletin login and password.
Not all users can connect to Drupal. Users that have special characters (for example á) in login or password cannot connect through Drupal login.
Drupal uses charset=utf-8, Vbulletin uses charset=windows-1251.

You need to alter your vBulletin to also use UTF-8.
