I wanted to ask you, in your opinion, wich theme should I use as a staring pointo to look like this page?
I mean, the one which will need less effort :-)

Leaf has the tabbed thing goin on... but there's lots of others that you could start from. I personally just started with box_grey and modified the heck out of it. :)
No matter what it's gonna be a lot of effort though.
