I've installed Lightbox2 on my Drupal installation but have a problem that when I enable it and click on a normal text link - lightbox opens up and shows a picture instead of taking me to the page I'm after.

Any help would be great.

I have the same here and add it on a few variously installed site.

The code (that does not mean the dom tree) shows NO rel=lightbox link and the page as no image but any click on a text link brings the lightbox frame again and again and again making navigation impossible unless one uses middle-click...

It must be a nasty interaction with another module but I can't find it...

Anybody else gets this ?

What are your lightbox2 configuration settings? Can you provide an example link (within <code> tags) that triggers the lightbox? Can you provide a link to the site? My contact form is enabled if you wish to do so privately.

I have the same problem. Can't provide an example link, because im running local. Havent configured lightbox, so it fails with default settings.

I had this same issue in my installation, fixed it by deactivating the jQuery Update module (I had the 6.x-2.x-dev version).

Comfirm, I got same problem. I have try to uninstall all other modules on drupal and then still problem.

Are you using jQuery 1.3 via jQuery Update? This issue may be related to http://drupal.org/node/411162
