How come we are not getting any replies to most of the issues for this module?
It's one of the most interesting and important modules available for Drupal and yet seems to be dormant.
Can a new developer take over this project and make Drupal a better tool...please!!??

Hello, I'm looking exactly this feature.
I have a node type with Multilingual support disabled, only labels fields are translated with i18n.
But I need Multilingual support enable for commets. Users could choose the language the comment is writing to. And comments will be show only of the language written.
Do you try the 6.x-1.0 version of 2008-Apr-17?? Is that working?
This module looks like to be abandonned, the maintener is off since more than one year

Hi, the answer is unfortunately yes, this module has been neglected for a while. I am hoping to change that now and in the future, especially with D7 on the way.
@Junro, the recommended release should still work for Drupal 6.x.
