Right Column Drops in IE 6 xp sp2

A similar problem happens for me in 4.6.5 (after deleting drupal.css) but only when using a screen resolution less than about 700 pixels.

I am facing the same problemt and using windows xp SP/IE 6
Drupal 4.6.3 (PhpTemplates/Democratica Theme)
The right column along with the contents drops (see the attachements)
The problems seems to be critical though I dont know whether it is the css problem or something else.
(one interesting is that I noticed was that at the very first instance of loading the page, the right colums showed up at the correct place but suddenly dropped when page was loading very slow)
A second problem that I am facing is when I click on the login button, instead of login form being submitted, the google search envokes (I have also added a google search form to my website) http://www.afghanwomensnetwork.org
Not that in Firefox its is showed fine and even no problem in form submission.
I will very much appriciate if some one looks into it.

I'm guessing this theme isn't being supported any more. Shame.
