Taxonomy Theme overrides Blog Theme

Description
The Blog Theme module seems to be over ridden by the Taxonomy Theme module. I was wondering if there is anything I can set to stop this from being overridden. I would like Blog Theme to take precedence over Taxonomy Theme.
