My site has worked fine for that last year but now the site is down with this error message -

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in modules/system/system.module on line 32

The host indicates I have problems with this ### 'These options control the default display settings for your entire site, across all themes. Unless they have been overridden by a specific theme, these settings will be used.') .'

';
case 'admin/build/themes/settings/'. arg(4):
$reference = explode('.', arg(4), 2);### in the system.module file.

What is going on?

Thanks in advance.

Please see:

Documentation -> Troubleshooting FAQ -> Error Messages -> Fatal error: Allowed memory size of X bytes exhausted (tried to allocate Y bytes)...

Ok...sorry about that...I did review that FAQ.....I am on shared hosting and I have never had this error message and have not added any modules.....any idea of why I get the error message now? Do I start deleting modules? Or, anyway to know which module sent it over the edge? Again, that line 32 on the system module refers to a theme? Is there relevance or is that standard?

it probably is not relevant....but, this particular website has low bandwith.
