jQuery Highlighting [#525356]

This patch gives jQuery highlighting.

There are some functions that don't translate well through the URL, like http://docs.jquery.com/Ajax/getScript , but I plan to create the redirect once I get access to edit the wiki.

Wouldn't it make more sense to push jQuery support in the GeSHi library itself rather than in the GeSHi filter wrapper?

The development activity is pretty high, I've already pushed a patch there and it went smooth.
