What does this error mean and how do i fix it?

Its a bug which is fixed in the latest -dev release.
It often occurs if you have chosen taxonomies that do not have any content in them. feel free to use the -dev release as it is stable (I'm just waiting on a couple of people to test some new features before making a new relase)
