#1
registration page shows fine for me. Are you sure you are logging out first? You can't see the registration page while logged in.
#2
Thanks
http://guide.isohelpline.com/user/register is giving page not found.
When I am logged in I get "Access denied" when I am logged out "I get page not found"
I have cleared browser cache also.
http://guide.isohelpline.com/?q=user/register is working fine
Thanks again for response

is clean urls enabled?
#4
Yes, Clean URL enabled and all other pages were opening properly.
I wanted to restore my previous backup of home directory so I just took back of database, home directory.
When I checked user/register link is working, I do not know how it solved. Before backup I charged entire user/ folder from drupal installation to ensure that no one has hacked user.module.
At present problem seems solved but I would like to know why it happed ?
At present SimpleNews and related modules are OFF, I will try to activate again and report back if problems comes back.

I re-activated Simplenews, SimpleNews on register, Mime Mail and it seems to be working fine now.
I can not explain why this problem occurred and how it got solved simply by taking backup
Closing the issue, Thanks for help

I installed Simple News and I am having the same problem with user/register (drupal 5)
I get Page Not Found
I found that this is a bug in Simple News
I imported a list of email addresses into Simple News when we launched this site.
These folks do not have a user account.
If any of those folks try to register for an account and choose to subscribe to that newsletter the Page Not Found happens.
I fixed this by removing the option to show the newsletter signup on the user registration page.
Perhaps the Simple News boys can get a fix for this so that feature can still be used.
