I've setup glossary to link to taxonomy pages successfully.
But these links also show in comments of users.
Is there a way that we can disable glossary on comments and active only on node body?

I would think that the way to do this would be to use an input format for comments that does not have the glossary filter enabled.

The "Better Formats" module might be useful in connection with this.
