Operator vague in arguments.

I may just be confused but if nodereferrer by node is used as an argument you get a choice of two operators.

1)Return nodes that refer to a given node id.
2)Do not return nodes that do not refer to a given node id.

Arn't these the same thing? it seems to me they will both return the same group of nodes.. Or is this just a typo?
