Cast RDF_Literal value to the corresponding php data type

It would be nice if RDF_Literal had a function which would cast the value to the corresponding php data type before returning the value. So when I save an integer to the RDF, it will ensure that I will receive an integer back from the RDF. Attached patch suggests such a function.
