This patch allows you to run Simple access or organic groups on the same system. What it does is restrict where you can use simple access.

With this patch simple access does not make changes to the node_access table when the node is a og type or the node is apart of a group.

I have done some more work on this to make a better integration between the 2, and the start of the implementation of node_arbitrator.
