Compatibility with FAQ module?

Hello,
I'm using JQuery menu with some books and the FAQ module: http://drupal.org/project/faq
My menu is a sidebar with each term of taxonomies. Example:

 - Operating Systems
   + Windows
   + Mac OS X
   + Linux
 - Browsers
   + Internet Explorer
   + Opera
   + Firefox
 - FAQ
   + Operating Systems
   + Browsers
   etc...

- In a book, I have no problem to navigate between taxonomy terms and node pages.

- If I navigate in the FAQ, the menu is collapsing while I click on any nodes of the FAQ. Why the FAQ behavior is not as the Books?
