fixed. please install 6.x-1.0-beta2.
by "context" i assume you meant the db_prefix setting, right?

thx for your quick response.

NO, i mean the module context - http://drupal.org/project/context. A very nice and powerful possibility to set content (and blocks, that's the problem) in context.

Well, I don't think it has anything to do with the Context module. Even if you don't have the context module, the block might not get displayed because there's no recommendation. In order to have recommendation, it has to have many votings from many users.
