I don't know if this is an issue inside Account Menu or somewhere else, but when the login page appears I don't want users to be able to create any new accounts, so I want to remove the "create new account" link from below the form. Any idea on how to do this?

Home » Administer » User management » User Settings: radiobutton "Only site administrators can create new user accounts."

automatically removes "create new account" from login page.
