Update: Working around this by using Zen as my admin theme for block-arranging.
Not only am I new to Drupal, but I'm trying to salvage a project from a programmer who was banging away at Drupal with an axe. I just switched over to Zen for a semi-clean break, but it seems like I can't position any content in the header unless my administration theme is set to Zen instead of Garland. Maybe it's something the previous guy did, but Zen seems like an awful theme for administration, so I'd love to be able to administer the site in Garland and view it in Zen. Is that possible?
