Issue Summary
Hi,
I would like to make some resources not bookable when another is booked. For instance, a single room may be booked among a set of four.
Any idea if this can easily be done?

At the moment it is not possible - at least not easily. You could add a module that uses the (so far unused) Group-mechanism.. It will be implemented with the re-development of Bookings API with node-based resources .. (In fact, its one of the things I need myself ;) )

NO UPDATE.
Just setting this to postponed ;)

Little update: 6.x-3.x is in work, the dev should be available any minute (PLEASE remind the warning on the project- and releasepages).
At the moment it does NOT support "booking among a group" - but I'm working on it as soon as 6.x.-3.x is a little more mature.

Setting this to postponed - its on my to Do list at #630874: Ongoing status report regarding Bookings API rewrite, see "Release of the first ALPHA version of 3.x. (should be this year). Bookings API should then be able to handle sets of resources and provide a unified AJAX-interface. "
