Releases for Context Ad Serving and Analytics

This is initial commit for dev. Not all of the module has been ported fully yet.

completed items:

• casaa.info: is complete.
• casaa.install: is complete.
• casaa.module: menu and theme is complete. still need to convert use of db_query to new API.

All include files have not been converted to the 7.x api as of yet.

This is the development release for the second major version of casaa.

The new version contains major features and integration with CTools, Domain Access, and Context modules.
With the coming releases users will be able to tag their sites across multiple domains.

The interface has changed a little bit to increase usability and enhance workflow.

This release is unstable and not recommended for any production site.

Release includes fixes for following issues:

changed the tokens for 404 and frontpage to using square brackets instead of the html < and > characters. This is because the earlier characters are easier to support as opposed to having to support html chars and possibly missing instances and creating harder to track bugs within the framework, itself.

also, two files have been removed from the omniture plugin. All new users of the omniture plug-in are required to supply their own s_code_remote.js file as supplied by omniture.

I have fixed the issue where for some reason, the install file had been overwritten with the mapping include file. With this resolved, the module will now install properly.

Also, some performance tweaks have been added to the system.

Current release contains:

Updates to the Yahoo! APT plug-in addressing issues concerning creating and maintaining apt ad position blocks within drupal.

also contains fixes for allowing plugins to provide default mapping settings in the absence of mapping settings.

this release is the most current update containing cleanup of useless and unnecessary code. also, contains some minor fixes.

This current release contains two different fixes:

casaa.module:
- debug code has been removed from core output functions

omniture_plugin.module:
- the issue with default data not being returned properly for editing has been resolved.

This version contains a brand new package of the CASAA module. Contained herein, is the full CASAA module w/ some bug fixes plus, a bundle of plug-ins for systems that are currently developed and supported.
