I had an issue with the upload module and disabled uploads for my site. Now I have enabled it again to try and sort out the first issue I had. Now I cannot get Drupal to upload any files. I especially want to create ads and it doesn't allow me to upload any files and thus I cannot create any ads. PLEASE HELP!!

¿Upload files with user 1?. If it is not may be that you have not given permission to upload files.
