If you can see the link on user profile, or in UR Actions block, then it's an Author Pane issue, or something with Panels...

I can't see the link on user profile。
I have used a patch of 6.10，so I can see the link on author pane and user profile，and in UR actions block。however，when I upgraraded the module ：author pane，UR and panel，so， I can't see the link....
