Random error:

user error: Duplicate entry 'taxnav:block:latest_updates' for key 1
query: INSERT INTO cache (cid, data, created, expire) VALUES('taxnav:block:latest_updates', '', 1074615296, 1074615416) in /var/www/drupal-4.3.1/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 90.

It usually disappears after refreshing the page. It looks a performance problem because it normally comes out when I move quickly from some links to others through my drupal site.

I got around this issue by adding a lock. This has worked perfectly for me.
