Description
Suggestion from #524984: Sort news by inverted date in the taxonews block (last news on top) ?: allow admins to specify whether news sorting is performed based on the node.changed/node.created instead of the current node.created/node.changed ordering.
This allows admins additional date tweaking flexibility.
