This just happened today and I am not sure what triggered it. Admin users can no longer submit anything - build it on CCK types. After submission the redirect page is /node/new instead of /node/NODE_NUMBER, and the page reads:
"Page not found
psot_type Test has been updated.
The requested page could not be found."

If an admin user first previews the post it goes well. No such issue with regular users - they can post straight away. Please advice.
