Issue Summary
I have an issue in the issue queue of the ddblock module that the Viewscarousel module does not work anymore if this user places a ddblock slideshow on the same page.
I had a look at the Javascript file of the jcarousel module but can not find what is causing the issue.
Any idea?

I have the same problem. I went through the source code and believe the problem is a naming conflict related to the "easing" jQuery plugin the jCarousel. I opened a ticket with jCarousel as I believe jCarousel is doing something non-standard that is causing the problem:

Closing after a lack of activity. Views Carousel no longer even uses jCarousel as a dependency.
