1) Went to http://drupal.org/user/45996/edit/newsletter and decided to subscribe to 'Security announcements'. At that time, 'Maintainer news' was checked and inactive, as it should. Saved the form, and got the status msg saying I subscribed to 'Security announcements' but UNSUBSCRIBED from 'Maintainer news'.
Why? Could you fix? The latter checkbox is inactive, I cannot re-subscribe myself.

2) I cannot find a place where all the RSS feeds provided by d.o. are. Please advise. (This is why actually I went to the above page in the first place.)
