Description

When using the option "Use JSMin+ instead of JSMin" Hierarchical Select returns the warning "You don't have javascript enabled".

Could this in any way be related to #538274: Aggregated javascript contains BOM's and thereby breaks JSMIN+?

Try to locate the error. JSMIN+ gives you the error (if there is one) once you regenerate the js file.
