In CVS-HEAD latest revision (just did an cvs update a few moments ago)

To recreate:
1) Create a new Poll
2) Click Submit

You get the following MySQL error immediately in a block at the top

On reviewing the poll (e.g. /node/1 ) you get

My error - this was related to a database change between cvs versions that I didn't catch. I'm closing the bug.
