Node preview restores detached file

Description
Users are required to preview a node before publishing. However, if a file is detached during editing and then the node is previewed, the file reappears in the WebFM Attachment list. Unaware of this because the attachment lit is collapsed (is this configurable?), the user presses Save and the file remains attached to the updated node.

The problem only occurs if one detachs all files from a node.
