Content Types

Issue Summary

All users with the ability to create content (even ones that are not granted Open X permissions) are seeing Content Types under Create Content for Advertiser, Banner, Campaign, Manager, Publisher, User, and Zone. I disabled the module and the Content Types are still visible. I then completely removed the module from the server and the Content Types are still visible. Clicking any of the mentioned content types brings you back to the Create Content screen. (ie they do nothing)
