I don't know much about coding so I don't understand what is wrong. My site looks fine with 3.6 but when I install 3.7 version of Sky, blocks don't appear in their places. I see them on top or bottom. Do I do something wrong, or Sky has problems?

The upgrade from 3.6 - 3.7 makes no changes to theme regions, so it's not really possible that Sky could have caused this sort of issue.

Are you sure the theme is enabled? I've run into issues before where even if it seems like a theme is enabled, technically the box isn't checked on the theme listing page. This has happened to me after running update.php, though not lately...
