Privatemsg integration

I assume you mean the ability to flag private messages? Any integrations with 3rd party modules will need to be implemented separately from Flag core, which only supports flagging of nodes, comments, and users. Other objects (such as files, taxonomy terms, or private messages) is completely possible through the API, but pose a series of UI problems since these objects do not have a clear location for displaying the flag links.
