Fix some problems with the integration of the previous version with the latest Views Slideshow code.
Clean up the install/unistall processing and add more informational messages to both.
General cleanup of initial release. Added a few new features:
1) Added Latest image block that can show one or more of the latest images.
2) If Views Slideshow is enabled, added blocks for a Views Slideshow Singleframe view and a View Slideshow Hoverbreakout view.
3) If Lightbox2 is enabled, added a lightshow handling to the images and a 'View slideshow' link to the gallery to view the lightshow.
4) If Custom Pagers is enabled, added back/next pagers to each image node in the gallery.
