I've search the forum high and low but haven't come across what i'm looking for so wondered if anyone knows.

I'm wondering if there is any module for setting permissions on core block module so that only the same user that created the block can edit it and other users not allowed. Similar to permission settings for core node module (ie, 'edit own page content') but for block module instead?

I'm not looking for per role access as i know this can be done already.

Hi
Did you get anywhere with your question? I need exactly the same facility. My only idea so far is to create a node in a block but I'm not sure it will work.
