I have tred almost all images images modules. I would like my member to post image in their blog contribution. Lots of them doesn't know about computer things and I need something very simple and easy. Image assist is too complicated (and has stopped working suddunly).

So if someone has a mod or a simple trick to enable each user to upload his image in a blog post, very simply (like in the album module) i would be very happy

benshell has written a modified version of Image Assist that is simplified for the user.

thanks for your answer, I have tryed it but it's working always on the same way, must chose an image on the server or upload an image on the server then choose it to put in the post.
I'm looking for something much easyer:
upload an image should open a new window to brownse hard drive of user who choose his image; then one click to upload, and the image appears resized in the text area. That's all.

My visitors (young) don't understand the way of image_assist works and I have many messages of complain about that....

I have installe fckeditor wich is great but also to complicated for that.

That's why I m looking for something simple and easy.

There is also a problem for images modules because images are shared in fact. If some user wants to have private images only on his blog he can't (I think, but I newbie)
