I've made a Dutch translation for the singup module. I have not translated everything and the translations I have made may not be that good. The focus for translating was primarily on front end users and first-line admins.

The translation file is attached.

Thanks for contributing. However, there's already an nl.po file committed to DRUPAL-6--1. See #376330: Dutch translation of Signup Module. Can you see if that meets your needs, or if there's any way you can combine your efforts? Thanks!
